摘要
为了阐明草绿色链球菌(SV)体外对人精子运动的影响,先将不同浓度的活SV悬液、滤液以及经煮沸和青霉素处理的SV悬液在体外与10例健康成年生育男性的经上游优化处理的精子一起孵化,于孵化0、2、4和6h采用德国Mika计算机辅助的精子分析系统(CASA)分别测定具体外对人精子前向运动百分率的影响。结果显示:活SV悬液体外能明显降低前向运动精子百分率;活SV滤液、经煮沸和青霉素处理后的SV悬液体外对人精子前向运动精子百分率无明显影响。说明活的SV菌体本身体外能明显降低人前向运动精子百分率,但杀菌处理能消除其作用。
In order to investigate the influence of streptococcus viridans (SV) on human sperm progressive motiligy in vitro, Ejaculates were aseptically obtained by masturbation and prepared by swim-up technique to produce a spermatozoa solution of high motility from 10 healthy fertile men. The spermatozoa solution was incubated with the SV at 100, 10 and 1: 1 of the sperm: bacterial ratio respectively at 37℃ in vitro. Motion parameters were measured by an automatic analyzing system . Measurements were carried out at 0, 2, 4 and 6 h in all specimens. The results showed that the live-SV solutions with different concentrations could significantly affect human sperm progressive motility. The sperm agglutinations were observed. However, the filtrate of live-SV and the solution of dead-SV treated by boiling and penlcillin could not affect human sperm progressive motility. It is suggested that the live-SV can obviously decrease the human sperm motility in vitro. The boiling and penicillin treatment can eliminate the inhibitory effect of SV on human sperm progressive motility in vitro.
