摘要
文章阐述了学习支持服务体系的基本内涵,对江苏成人高等教育学习支持服务体系的现状进行了实证调查与分析,指出了如下4点不足之处:1.教学计划相对封闭、沟通不够。2.教学管理各自为政、要求不一。3.资源建设重复投入、效益不高。4.学历教育与职业技能培训教育、实用技术教育相互分离、联系不畅。
This article introduces the basic connotation of learning support service system. By investigating and analyzing the current situation of the learning support service system in Jiangsu adult higher education, it points out four defects in this system： 1. The teaching program is relatively closed and therefore is not fit for communication. 2. Each person acts on his own will in teaching management and has different requirement. 3. repeated investment in resources construction and low benefits 4. separation and lack of smooth contact among diploma education, vocational training and practical technology education.
