摘要
根据《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》2,009—2011年重点抓好五项改革;在五项改革里面的第一条、第三条使乡镇医院的医疗卫生工作形势大好,乡镇农民、职工能够看得起病住得起院,在此形势下对襄阳市16家乡镇医院进行了医疗卫生人才的需求调研;在调研的基础上本文就在新医改形势下如何培养出乡镇医院需要的医疗人才进行了探讨。
According to ＂Deepen the CPC Central Committee and State Council on the Views of Medical and Health System,＂ which focus on five reforms;and whose 1st and 3d are really good for township farmers,workers.This paper discusses how to training medical personnel for township hospitals under the new medical reform.
