摘要
邓小平激励思想是建设有中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分。基于管理的本质特征,邓小平激励思想在激励基础和激励手段运用方面与西方激励理论均存有趋同之处,但也不乏差异的存在,如激励基础的重点、精神激励的内容、激励手段的定位等都存在诸多不同。不管怎样,邓小平激励思想在很大程度上体现着管理的本质特征。
Deng Xiaoping＇s encouragement thought is one important part of theoretical system of socialism characteristic of the Chinese style.Based on essential characteristics of management,there are some resemblance between Deng Xiaoping＇s encouragement thought and western motivation theory,such as encouragement basis and the use of encouragement means.However,there are some difference between them,concerning the emphasis of encouragement basis,the content of spiritual encouragement and the location of encouragement means.In any case,Deng Xiaoping＇s encouragement thought largely embodies management essential characteristics.
