摘要
文章通过实证调查分析,认为硕士研究生就业率逐渐降低,就业压力不断增加,这与其存在的择业期望与现实不符、综合素质不足等自身因素相关,同时受到就业市场供需矛盾、就业信息不对称等环境因素的影响。因此,研究生要重视打造自我,增强核心竞争力。高校要深化改革,创新培养模式;完善管理,加强就业指导;整合资源,建立信息网络平台。
In recent years,especially under financial crisis,the master graduate students are faced with employment difficulties.Graduates' rate of employment in Shaanxi gradually decrease,and the employment pressure is increasing.One reason is that the students' expectations are not realistic and they have deficiency in their comprehensive quality.Another reason is that there is contradiction between supply and demand in employment market.Therefore,the graduate students should attach importance to enhancing core competitiveness.Universities should improve reform and innovation training.perfect management,and strengthen employment guidance.Integrating resources and establishing the information network platform are suggested.
