摘要
三峡集团公司"十二五"通信规划旨在适应公司的战略部署和决策,满足工程建设、电力生产以及行政管理的需求。文章从技术选择和应用特点等方面介绍了光传输系统的组网规划;将双机同组和软交换技术应用于调度交换系统,在进一步加强安全性的同时,引入多媒体业务;对应急通信系统的初步应用进行了简要描述;规划建设通信综合管理系统对通信设备、资源等进行统一管理;提出了现有视频会议系统需要研究解决的问题。
The Twelfth Five-Year Telecommunication Plan of China Three Gorges Corporation aims to adapt to the company′s strategic arrangement and decision-making,meets the needs of engineering construction,power production and administration.This article introduces the networking plan of optical transmission system from the aspects of technical selection and application features.It applies two-machine in one group and soft switch technologies in dispatching switch system,and uses multimedia technology to further strengthening the safety.It also gives a brief description on the application of emergency communications systems,and discusses the project of integrated network management system.The solutions for existing video conference system are also put forward in the article.
