不同部位肠管贮尿囊对尿液电解质吸收的实验研究 被引量:15

An experimental study on the reabsorption of urine electrolytes in different intestinal reservoirs

摘要 目的 为临床尿流改道选择肠道提供理论基础。 方法 将人工尿液注入活体小猪的游离盲结肠及末段回肠,至肠腔内压相同,留置5 小时后取出进行电解质测定。 结果 末段回肠吸收K+ 、Cl- 、BUN、Cr、Glu 及分泌HCO-3 比盲结肠分别多66 .7 % ,46 .7 % ,51 .2 % ,136.1% ,242.9%及796 .7% 。 结论 末段回肠吸收尿液中K+ 、Cl- 、BUN、Cr、Glu 及分泌HCO-3 比盲结肠多,认为尿流改道选用盲结肠可减少重吸收方面的并发症。 Objective To study the reabsorption of urine electrolytes as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical use of the intestinal tract in the construction of urinary reservoir. Methods Artificial urine was instilled into cecum ascending colon urine reservoirs and into terminal ileum reservoirs created in baby pigs until the intrareservoir pressure reached the same required level.5 hours later,the urine specimens were collected for electrolyte studies. Results Reabsorption of K +, Cl -, BUN, Cr, Glu and HCO - 3 secretion was 66.7%,46.7%,51.2%,136.1%,242.9% and 796.7% more in the ileum than in the cecum asending colon. Conclusions Cecum asending colon seems to be better than ileum so as to lessen electrolyte reabsorption and complications.
