摘要
农类职业院校学生基础能力不扎实、专业能力不凸显,已是制约农类高职教育发展的瓶颈。温州科技职业学院着眼于学生未来的发展,通过对学生发展型职业能力培养体系的探索实践,搭建了校企合作平台、社会实践平台、创业教育平台、拓展训练平台等四大平台,相应构建了专业能力、社会能力、方法能力、个性能力等四大能力培养子体系,全面提升了学生的综合职业素质和就业创业竞争力。
The lack of basic and occupational skills among the students has become a bottle-neck restricting the development of agro-type higher vocational colleges.Focused on students' lifetime development,Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology set up the four platforms: college-enterprise cooperation,social practice,business-pioneering education and extension training,aiming at training the development-oriented occupational competence.The four competence sub-systems were also established: professional ability,social ability,method-seeking ability,and individualized ability,targeting on the improvement of all-round occupational quality and undertaking-starting ability.
