新型桥梁钢Q420q双丝埋弧焊技术应用 被引量:1

摘要 以新型桥梁钢Q420q为研究对象,采用双丝埋弧焊和单丝埋弧焊进行焊接试验,研究了双丝和单丝埋弧焊接头在化学成分、金相组织、力学性能等方面的差异。结果表明,采用双丝埋弧焊焊接Q420q钢,力学性能满足技术标准要求,焊接质量良好,焊接效率提高。 New bridge steel Q420q was welded by double wire and single wire submerged arc welding,respectively.The differences of chemical compositions,metallographic structure,and mechanical properties between double wire and single wire submerged arc welding were investigated. The results show that Q420q steel welded by double wire submerged arc welding has good Welding quality and higher welding efficiency,and the mechanical properties of the joint can meet the requirements of the technical standard.
