摘要
民国时期是中国传统社会金融体系发生结构性变迁的重要时期,这一时期云南民间借贷的发展对乡村社会秩序产生了重要的影响。民国政府针对民间借贷进行了严厉的调控与干预,但最终无法取代其在乡村社会中的主导地位,充分说明民间借贷对乡村社会有着不可取代的作用。而培养和引导乡村内生性经济力量,也必然成为我国农村金融体系和社会秩序建设不可忽视的一环。
The Republic of China is an important period for the structural change of financial system in Chinese traditional society.During this period,the development of the private lending gets a significant impact on the rural social order.The government also took drastic measures to adjust and control the private lending for it＇s dual influence,but ultimately can not replace the dominant position of private lending in rural society,which fully shows that the private lending played an irreplaceable role in rural society.Therefore,Train and guide the country endogenous economic forces,are bound to become a part which can not be ignored in the instruction of Chinese rural financial system and social order.
