摘要
从理工类高校的特征入手,在分析治理理论研究现状及高校图书馆内部治理机制的基础上,论述理工类高校图书馆内部组织机构重组的必要性,制定理工类高校图书馆内部治理机制。
Starting from the characteristics of a university of science and technology and based on an analysis of the status quo of the governance theory study and the internal governance mechanism of the university library, this paper elaborates on the necessity of restructuring the internal organization of the library to establish an internal governance mechanism.
