摘要
车架是半挂汽车结构件中结构和载荷都很复杂的关键部件,为提高车架整体性能,对某型半挂汽车车架进行了有限元模态分析和基于频率、刚度和强度约束的优化设计,降低了车架结构自重,提高了车架的低阶频率,改善了动态性能,为车架的设计和改造提供了理论依据。
Frame is a complex key part in aspects of structure and load in structural members of semi-trailer.In order to improve the whole performance of the frame,finite element modal analysis and optimization design based on frequency,rigidity and strength constraints are made on the frame of certain type of semi-trailer,which decreases the self-weight of frame structure,increases the low-order frequency,improves the dynamic performance and provides theoretical basis for design and improvement to the frame.
