摘要
文章在热电制冷技术教学和应用实践的基础上,研制了风冷式热电制冷教学实验装置。实验装置由热电制冷器组件、电源模块、保温箱、测控系统等组成,可以满足热电制冷器的热工、电力参数测量和性能分析。实验结果表明,可通过调节热电制冷器的输入电压、改变热电制冷器的工作片数、调节冷却介质流量,达到调节热电制冷装置的工作参数和性能指标的目的。本装置的研制为热电制冷技术的教学实践、应用设计和开发创新提供了实验平台。
Based on the teaching and application of thermoelectric refrigeration technology,the air-cooled thermoelectric refrigeration experimental equipment was developed.It is composed of thermoelectric cooler component,power modules,incubator and control system,and it can satisfy the requirements of the test of thermal and electrical parameters and performance analysis.The testing results show that the working parameters and performance indexes of the equipment can be adjusted by the input voltage,the number of working parts,or the flow rate of cooling substances.The development of this equipment provides an experimental platform for the teaching,application,design and innovation of thermoelectric refrigeration technology.
