摘要
使用不同晶片尺寸的硬膜直探头或斜探头对带有不同曲率的工件进行超声检测时,由于检测面曲率的不同,对检测灵敏度的影响是不同的。为了找出检测过程中影响检测灵敏度的实际规律,采用了几种经常使用的常规探头在带有不同曲率的凹、凸圆柱面试块上进行测试,并针对具体不同型号的探头,将测试结果绘制成了专用曲率修正系数(即灵敏度补偿)与检测面曲率半径之间的关系曲线,为实际检测过程中设定检测灵敏度补偿提供实测依据。
For workpiece with different curvatures tested by ultrasonic wave,flat probe of different sizes and frequencies has different effects on testing sensitivity.In order to study practical rule of testing sensitivity in the testing process,several types of general probes were adopted to test on the concave and protuberant cylinder face with different curvatures,and for applying for testing process and ensuring accuracy of flaw equivalent,outcome was drawn as special curvature correction coefficient(the sensitivity compensation)-curvature of inspect face curves.
