工频电磁场对变电站工人雄激素水平影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究工频电磁场对500 kV变电站工人周围血雄激素水平的影响。方法选择广东省内500 kV变电站310名男性巡检人员作为暴露人群及300名各变电站男性行政管理人员作为对照人群,分别抽取周围血5 ml,用人雄激素酶联免疫吸附法试剂盒进行测定。结果 500 kV变电站工人与对照组2组人群工作场所暴露工频电场(Z=-11.322,P=0.000)、工频磁场(Z=-22.585,P=0.000)差异有统计学意义。经校正后,变电站巡检工人与对照人群血清雄激素水平差异无统计学意义(F=0.003,P=0.958)。结论在长期接触工频电磁场的职业人群中未观察到血清雄激素水平与工频电磁场的相关性。 Objective To investigate the effects of power frequency electromagnetic field on androgen in male workers.Methods 310 male workers and 300 male administrative staff were selected as the exposed and the control group respectively.The levels of serum androgen were determined by ELISA assay.Results The differences of power frequency electric field and power frequency magnetic field between the exposed and the control group were statistically significant(Z=-11.322,P=0.000),(Z=-22.585,P=0.000),respectively.The difference of androgen level was not statistically significant(F=0.003,P=0.958).Conclusion Power frequency electromagnetic field may have no effects on androgen expression in 500 kV substation male workers.
