某高氧化率铅锌矿的选矿试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 某氧化铅锌多金属矿含铅1.09%,含锌8.39%,铅锌氧化率分别为96.34%、98.15%。为综合回收各有用矿物,采用"铅锌混合浮选-铅锌分离重选"流程进行了详细的选矿工艺研究,最终试验获得了铅品位10.71%、锌品位37.91%的铅锌混合精矿,锌品位22.51%的锌精矿。铅总回收率为91.27%,锌总回收率为93.77%。 A certain multi-metallic lead-zinc oxide ore contains lead 1.09%,zinc 8.39%.The oxide rate of lead and zinc is 96.34% and 98.15% respectively.In order to comprehensively recover the valuable minerals in the oxide ore,a study on detailed mineral processing technology was undertaken adopting a flow-sheet consisting of lead-zinc mixed flotation-gravity separation processing.In the experiments,a Pb-Zn concentrate mixture with Pb and Zn grade of 10.71% and 37.91% respectively and a zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 22.51% were respectively achieved.The overall recovery of lead was 91.27%,and the overall recovery of zinc was 93.77%.
