超重力技术在电化学反应过程中的应用进展 被引量:5

摘要 电化学技术已广泛应用于水和废水电解工业、氯碱工业、材料制备、有机合成等方面,但过程中不可避免会产生气泡,导致传质过程受阻、能耗升高。近年来,国内外研究者将超重力这一新型过程强化技术应用于电化学反应过程中,研究表明:超重力技术可加强电化学反应中的传质过程,消除气泡对反应过程的影响,不仅有望降低电化学工业中的能耗,还有望制备出性能优异的材料,具有广阔的应用前景。综述了目前超重力技术应用于电化学反应过程中的国内外研究进展,总结了研究结果,提出了所存在的不足,并对其未来发展进行了展望。 Electrochemical technology is widely applied in the developments of water and wastewater electrolysis industry,chlor-alkali industry,preparation of materials,synthesis of organic,etc.However,the process of electrochemical reaction inevitably produces bubbles,which leads to poor mass transfer and high energy consumption.In recent years,the researchers at home and abroad apply the high gravity technology—a new process intensification technology to the process of electrochemical reaction.The results show that the high gravity technology can enhance the mass transfer,remove air bubbles during the electrochemical reaction process.The high gravity technology used in the electrochemical industry is expected to not only reduce energy consumption,but also prepare the electrodeposited materials with excellent performance,which presents a broad application prospects.It outlines the current research advances at home and abroad,summarizes the findings,and indicates the defects and its future development prospect.
