摘要
阐述了Cr12MoV钢在制造模具过程中热处理的重要性,通过对Cr12MoV钢的锻造、锻造后的热处理及热处理前的预处理、最终热处理等方面介绍了Cr12MoV钢在制造模具时在热处理方面应注意的问题和经验,以保证Cr12MoV钢制造的模具,特别是容易变形、要求精度较高的模具热处理后能够满足模具图纸及技术需求。
In this paper,the importance of heat treatment is expounded in the process of Cr12MoV steel mold manufacturing.Through steel forging,heat treatment,and pretreatment,final heat treatment,the problem and experience on heat treatment in the manufacturing process of Cr12MoV steel mould are introduced,which can ensure Cr12MoV steel mould after heat treatment meet mould drawing and the technical requirements,especially for easy deformation mould and higher precision requirement mould.
