摘要
目的：探讨大面积烧伤的有效临床治疗方法.方法：体会160例大面积烧伤患者的治疗方法及治疗效果分析.结果：本组烧伤治愈率为90%（144/160）,烧伤治疗死亡率为10%（16/160）.讨论：为了保证患者的生存质量,有效的提高患者治疗愈合率,对大面积烧伤患者及时足量的补充体液治疗休克、灌洗通气,清理呼吸道残留物,预防并发症、康复功能锻炼与心理治疗等综合措施.
Objective：To investigate the large area of effective clinical treatment of burns. Methods：160 patients understand the treatment of severely burned patients, and treatment effect analysis. Results：The cure rate was 90 % burn（144/160）, burn treatment mortality rate was 10 % （16/160）. Discussion：In order to ensure the quality of life of patients, effective treatment to improve healing rate in patients of severe burn patients with adequate and timely treatment of shock supplementary fluids, lavage ventilation, respiratory residue cleaning, prevention of complications, rehabilitation, functional training and psychological treatment comprehensive measures.
