股骨远端骨折两种微创治疗方法的比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的对比分析AO微创内固定系统(LISS)和股骨髁上带锁髓内钉(GSH)内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法对股骨远端骨折48例,LISS组24例,其中A型骨折11例,C型13例;GSH组24例,A型16例,C型8例。结果经5~24个月随访,平均16个月。C型骨折采用两种内固定方法在手术时间、术中出血量、临床愈合时间、完全负重时间差异有统计学意义,A型骨折各项指标差异无统计学意义。结论 LISS和GSH均是治疗股骨远端骨折的有效方法,对于C型骨折,LISS要优于GSH,有利于骨折愈合及功能恢复。
