摘要
实验研究了合成温度对水泥水化产物钙矾石微观形貌和生长特性的影响。利用XRD和SEM等测试方法对常温和50℃溶液反应法合成的钙矾石进行了定性分析,利用TG-DSC-DTG对常温溶液法合成的钙矾石进行了热稳定性分析。结果表明:常温和50℃溶液法均可以合成钙矾石,其中常温溶液法合成的钙矾石晶体形貌表现为细棒状,晶体长约2~3μm,宽约0.5μm;50℃溶液法合成的钙矾石晶体形貌为细针状,晶体长约0.5~1.0μm,宽约0.1μm。提高溶液反应温度,钙矾石微观形貌有所变化,晶体形貌变得细小,温度的升高促进了钙矾石晶体晶核的形成以及晶体的生长。
The effect of synthesis temperature on the morphology,growth characteristics and thermal stability of ettringite was studied by XRD,SEM and TG-DSC-DTG technique.The results indicated that the ettringite synthesized by solution reaction method at the room temperature were thin rod-like with the length of around 2~3 μm and the thickness of 0.5 μm,whereas those synthesized at 50 ℃ were thin needles-like with the length of around 0.5~1.0 μm long and the thickness of 0.1 μm.Temperature affects the microstructure of ettringite,leading to the crystal of ettringite becoming more thick.The temperature promoted the formation of crystal nucleation and crystal growth of ettringite.
