摘要 集料级配设计是保证基层材料优良技术性能的关键因素之一。通过在实际工程中不同集料级配对水泥稳定碎石表面质地影响的观察与分析,发现对于悬浮密实型的基层,4.75 mm通过率为35%~38%,19 mm通过率78%~82%时,路面基层抗离析性和抗裂性能好。对于骨架密实型结构采用比中值适当偏细的级配可保证良好的抗离析性。 The aggregate grading is one of the major factors to ensure good technical performance of road base materials.Based on the practical engineering projects,the effects of different aggregate grading on the surface texture of cement stabilizing aggregate base materials was observed and studied.The results indicate that for suspension compacting base materials,the optimum passing ratio of 4.75 mm sieve 35%~38%,and 78%~82% for 19 mm sieve,it could contribute to the segregation and crack resistance properties of road base course.The aggregate grading with fewer fines than the median guarantees the good segregation resistance performance for skeleton dense structure of road base material.
