摘要
采用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作增韧剂、十溴联苯醚(FR10)和三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)的复合体系及红磷作阻燃剂,通过双螺杆挤出机与聚丙烯(PP)进行熔融挤出,研究了共混体系的组成与性能之间的关系。结果表明,通过选择适当的原材料和配比。
PP was blended with EPDM and flameretardants, e.g. decabromodiphenyl oxide, Sb2O3, red phosphorus etc, by twinscrew extruder. The results showed that high toughened and flameretardant PP can be obtained when the contents of all kinds of materials were adjusted suitably.
