摘要
用 F T I R 及 N M R 研究聚碳酸酯( P C) 结果表明, 不同生产方法生产的 P C 在化学结构上存在差异, 酯交换法 P C 结构规整性劣于光气法 P C。 G P C 法测定 P C 分子量分布表明, 光气法产品分子量分布较酯交换法产品规整。热重分析法结果表明, P C 起始分解温度为350 ~370 ℃, 分解温度为450 ~500 ℃。由于链结构规整性差异,使不同生产方法及工艺生产的 P C
The chemical structure of PC has been studied with FTIR and NMR, the result shows that the regularity of PC prepared by transesterification is inferior to that prepared by phosgenation. The molecular distribution has been measured with Gel Permeation Chromatography. The results show that the distribution of PC prepared by phosgention is narrower than that of transesterification. The results of TG analysis show that the starting temperature range of decomposition of PC is 350~370?℃, and the decompositing temperature range is 450~500?℃. In general, because of the different regularity of their structure, the thermal stability of PC perpared by different technology is not the same.
