摘要
在第二次全国土地调查中,需要将54坐标系下的相关数据转换到80坐标系,而两个坐标系下两套数据的存储与更新是设计转换方案时要重点考虑的因素.根据建立的二元双三次多项式转换模型,提出一种动态坐标转换的技术方案,分别实现栅格数据和矢量数据的坐标转换,解决两个坐标系下数据的存储冗余问题和更新异常问题.
In the second national land survey,the data in Beijing-54 coordinate system is required to transform to Xi'an-80 coordinate system.The key factors of the transformation solution are the storage and update of two sets of data in two different coordinate systems.According to a binary bicubic polynomial transformation model,this paper suggested a technical solution of dynamic coordinate transformation,which implemented the coordinate transformation of raster data as well as vector data,to solve the storage redundancy and abnormal update of data in two different coordinate systems.
