摘要
利用幅域参数对滚动轴承早期故障进行监测和诊断。分析了滚动轴承典型故障的机理及其振动特征,针对滚动轴承的典型故障特征,提出采用了幅域参数指标的诊断方法。基于Windows平台,利用Matlab软件编制了滚动轴承振动信号幅域参数指标计算程序,并且通过QPZZ-II旋转机械故障试验系统进行了滚动轴承故障的实例模拟并对所编程序进行了验证。结果表明,利用振动信号幅域参数指标对滚动轴承进行早期故障诊断,效果良好。
This paper uses time domain parameters to inspect and diagnose rolling-element bearing' early fault,analyzes the fault mechanism and the vibration characteristics of rolling-element bearing and introduces the methods of vibration signal analysis and fault diagnosis for these components in detail,in the mean while,it compares the characteristics of these methods.Aiming at their typical fault characteristics,we take use of the time domain parameters target to make a diagnosis.Base on Windows interface,we work out the program by using Matlab to compute the time domain parameters targets to diagnose the early fault of the rolling element bearing and simulate rolling-element bearing's fault by using QPZZ-II rolling machine fault-simulation test-bed.The result shows that it is satisfactory to diagnose rolling-element bearing's early fault with the method of time domain parameters.
