摘要
分析传统石棉夹、油木炭、气体抹拭在钢丝热镀锌应用上的优缺点。指出复合力抹拭可将镀锌钢丝的锌层面质量控制在100~450 g/m2,偏差±7.5 g/m2,节锌约20%;Dv值可达120 mm.m/min;钢丝直径0.8~7.0 mm;单组复合力抹拭装置可同时对6~20根不同直径钢丝进行抹拭处理。介绍复合力抹拭设备的原理,抹拭装置的组成及技术指标。使用证明复合力抹拭可达到高速、高效、环保的目的。
To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of application of traditional asbestos clip, oil charcoal, gas wiping to steel wire hot galvanizing. It is pointed out that composite force wiping can control zinc coat mass of galvanizing steel wire 100 -450 g/m2, deviation ±7.5 g/m2, saving zinc about 20% , Dv value reaches 120 mm · m/rain, steel wire diameter 0.8~7.0 mm. Single unit composite force wiping device can wipe 6 ~ 20 different diameter steel wires. The principle of composite force wiping device, components of wiping device and technical data are introduced. Results show that composite force wiping can reach high speed, high efficiency and environment protection.
