摘要
民事检察监督是我国检察机关法律监督职能的有机组成部分,但相对来说,民事检察属于检察监督的薄弱环节,监督实践中存在诸多问题和困惑。建议从加强立法、创新机制、提升素能等方面入手,采取符合民事检察监督规律的应对措施。
Civil the supervision is Chinese procuratorial organs supervise the functions of integral part of the organic law,in contrast,and supervision of the crown is the weak links;there are many problems and puzzles in practice supervision.Recommendations from the strengthening legislation,innovative mechanisms,and such aspects can enhance the factors,inspection and supervision to meet the civil law responses.
