摘要
作为医学机能学实验的新教师,要注意从学生到老师角色的转变,在思想上重视机能实验课,在理论上充实自己,抓好教学环节,加强教学反思与总结,才能提高教学水平,取得满意的教学效果。
In the teaching of medical functional experiment,new teachers should,first of all,change their roles from students to teachers as soon as possible.Then,they should pay due attention to medical functional experiment and enrich themselves theoretically.Before each experiment,comprehensive preparations should be made,including every step of teaching.Timely reflection and summary of teaching are of ultimate importance in order to achieve satisfactory teaching results and become qualified teachers in the shortest time possible.
