摘要
对创意农业进行了概念的诠释,提出"创意农业全景产业链体系框架"。在梳理国内外研究现状,并对泉州创意农业发展条件进行SWOT分析的基础上,提出泉州创意农业发展的对策建议:(1)高度重视,加强领导;(2)总体规划,科学定位;(3)培育龙头,壮大产业;(4)弘扬文化,打造高地;(5)培育品牌,开拓市场;(6)拉长链条,构建集群。
The concept of creative agriculture is defined and panorama industry chain system framework of creative agriculture is proposed.Meanwhile advances in the research at home and abroad are reviewed.According to SWOT analysis of the conditions to develop creative agriculture in Quanzhou,the countermeasures are put forward as follows.（1） Attaching great importance to strengthen leadership.（2） Overall planning and scientific orientation.（3） Foster the leading enterprises and develop the industry.（4） Promote the culture and create the heights.（5） Cultivate the brand and develop the market.（6） Lengtheni the chain and build the clusters.
