摘要
导出了当干扰为恒定不可测和恒定可测两种情况下为使系统稳定和输出可调的充要条件及其控制规律，在此基础上。
The sufficient and necessary conditions of stability and controllable outputs and control laws for systems with unmeasurable and measurable constant disturbances are derived.Based upon above a design method of practical industrial regulators for linear time invariant multivariable systems is also presented.
