摘要
热辐射高温光纤传感器是以光纤纤芯的热点所产生的黑体辐射现象为基础来传感温度的一种器件,对于传感器而言关键的是传感头材料。通过对热辐射测温原理进行理论分析,并简单阐述了高温光纤传感器的工作原理及传感头材料的特点,进而提出了三种高温传感头材料,并对其材料的结构和性能进行了深入的研究,特别是用于超高温测试的氧化锆晶体传感头材料。
Thermal radiation high temperature optical fiber sensor is a device sensing temperature based on the phenomenon of blackbody radiation generated by the hotspot in the core of optical fiber.The material of sensing head is the key to the sensor.Three kinds of materials for sensing head are presented via theoretical analysis for principle of thermal radiation temperature measurement,illustration of the working principle of high temperature optical fiber sensor and the characteristics of materials of sensing head.The structures and performance of these materials are further researched,particularly for the material of zirconia crystal sensing head for superhigh temperature detecting.
