摘要
针对铰接式自卸车前车体侧倾振动较大的问题,建立了该系统6自由度振动模型。分析了特定激励工况下,系统参数对该振动系统响应的影响程度。所选特定激励工况为:左、右车轮所受激励具有相同幅值和相同频率,而相角相差π,即最易引起系统侧倾振动的激励工况。考查的系统响应指标为驾驶室侧倾角加速度的模。影响因素包括悬架阻尼、两侧悬架间距等11个系统参数。通过仿真计算,采用单因素分析法研究了各系统参数发生变化时,前车体侧倾振动-驾驶室侧倾振动角加速度模值的变化情况;并用贡献率的概念比较了各个系统参数对侧倾振动的改善情况。
For the roll vibration of articulated dump truck's front vehicle body,the six-freedom dynamic model of the sytem was established.The effect of system parameters on the response of the vibration system was analyzed under specific excitation condition.The selected condition was special excitations,acting on the bilateral wheels,having the same amplitude and frequency,and π phase difference.The modulus of the cab floor roll angular acceleration was taken as evaluation index for response of the system.The influencing factors included eleven system parameters such as front suspension damping,bilateral suspension spacing etc.By simulation and single factor analysis,it was investigated that how the front vehicle body's roll vibration and the modulus of the cab floor roll angular acceleration varied with every system parameters.Finally the effects of system parameters on the improvement of roll vibration were compared using the concept of contribution rate.
