摘要
目的 了解北京市西城区托幼机构教师对儿童意外伤害认知与需求的现状,寻求预防儿童意外伤害发生的有效干预措施.方法 在西城区38所幼儿园中,随机抽取400名教师进行儿童意外伤害认知与需求调查.结果 80.8%的教师知道儿童意外伤害的处理方法,43.1%的教师认为模拟现场培训形式效果最佳.平房园所环境的意外伤害发生率高于楼房园所,经比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.058,P〈0.001).结论 加强对托幼机构教职员工的安全意识教育,提高对儿童意外伤害的预防和现场急救基本能力;加强对学龄前儿童的安全教育,提高儿童自我保护能力.
Objectives To understand the situation of teachers' awareness on children's unintentional injuries and demand of related knowledge, and to explore effective intervention measures to prevent the injuries. Methods Four hundred teachers randomly selected in 38 kindergartens of Xicheng district were investigated on their awareness and demand. Results There were 80.8% teachers knowing how to deal with child unintentional injuries, 43.1% considering simulated on-site training as the best form. The incidence rate of unintentional injuries in one-storied house kindergarten was higher than that in storied building kindergarten, and the difference was statistically significant (X2 = 12. 058 ,P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion The security awareness of kindergarten faculty should be enforced, and intervention and field first aid ability on unintentional injuries should be improved. Strengthen the safety education for preschool children and improve their self-protection ability.
