摘要 失去电压稳定电力系统就会发生电压崩溃,鉴别接近电压稳定极限的节点和尽可能通过采取控制措施避免电压崩溃的发生是电力系统稳定分析的重要任务。以电压稳定为前提,对辐射型配电网进行等值分析,提出基于不同负荷模型的辐射型系统电压稳定线性负荷指数评估法(VSL)。以此线性负荷指数为基础,经启发选择找出辐射型配电网最弱馈线及其最弱节点,以节点最低电压下降10%的额定电压为负荷增长极限,确定配电系统的负荷裕度。以IEEE69为例对算法进行了验证,结果表明了该算法的有效性与正确性。 Loss of voltage stability will result in power system voltage collapse,so it is an important task to identify the bus close to voltage stability limit and through the adoption of control measures to prevent the voltage collapse as far as possible in power system stability analysis.On the premise of voltage stability the equivalent analysis of radial distribution network is conducted,and the linear load index of the voltage stability(VSL) for radia systems based on different load models is presented.On the basis of VSL,the system weakest feeder and the voltage collapse point can be correctly determined by heuristic choice.When the lowest bus voltage drops by 10% rated voltage,its load increase is taken as load margin,and critical load of radial distribution system is obtained. The proposed VSL is tested on radial distribution system consisting of 69 buses,the results show that the VSL is effective and valid.
