摘要
针对国内电力需求侧管理技术尚未实现用户主动按自己的需要选择合适时段用电的问题,介绍了一种基于广播电视CATV网络的智能用电管理系统,包括系统的整体架构、核心模块功能和系统安全性。该系统可以实现基于CATV网络的远程集抄、远动控制、及OSD用电信息发布等功能,在南宁市试点运行情况良好。这是将CATV网络通信技术应用在智能电网建设的一个实例。
It is usually unable to permit customers selecting the appropriate-time electricity by demand side management technologies in China now.Aiming at the problem,this paper introduces a smart power management system based on CATV network of broadcasting television,including its architecture,core modules and system security.The system has the functions of remote meter reading,remote control and OSD service information releasing based on CATV network,and its pilot run in Nanning city is successful.This is an example to apply the CATV communication technology in the construction of smart grid.
