摘要
分析了质量体系的概念与意义,指出建立、健全并有效运行质量体系是城市轨道交通运营企业质量管理的核心。探讨了城市轨道交通运营企业的产品概念及其质量特性与评价指标,并首次提出乘客位移与出行服务组合产品的概念。说明了建立质量体系的一般过程。最后就城市轨道交通运营企业建立质量体系的环境、产品质量环及选择使用的具体标准等问题进行了详细探讨。
The authors firstly analyse the definition of Quality System (Qs) and take it as the core of Quality Management of Urban Rail Transit Corporation, secondly put forwards the descreption of combinative product of urban rail transit corporation and deal with its quality characteristics and primary indices of evaluation, thirdly provide with general process of erection of QS, and finally argue on the environment of QS of Urban Rail Transit Corporation , design of product quality cycle of Urban Rail Transit Corporation, and choosing of referential standards.
