摘要 目的为临床护士提供一种简便、易行、科学的对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者进行营养状况评价的工具,降低患者营养不良发生率。方法基于主观营养评价法,自行设计整体护理干预的主观营养评价法(NSGA),对85例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者进行营养评价,并与营养状况综合评价法(SNA)评价结果进行比较。结果 NSGA评估口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者的营养不良发生率为36.5%,SNA为34.1%。两者符合率92.6%。结论 NSGA应用于口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者营养评价,具有准确性和临床可操作性。 Objective To provide a simple,feasible and scientific tool for assessing nutritional condition of patients with oral malignant tumor,and to decrease incidence of malnutrition.Methods A new nutrition assessment tool into which holistic nursing practice and subjective global assessment of nutrition were well integrated was developed.Nutritional conditions of 85 patients with oral malignant tumor were estimated by using the new tool and the combined subjective and objective nutritional assessment(SNA),and results were compared.Results The incidence rate of malnutrition of patients with oral malignancies was 36.5% by the new tool and 34.1% by SNA.The two rates were a 92.6% match.Conclusion Using the tool into which holistic nursing practice and subjective global assessment of nutrition were integrated for evaluating nutritional conditions of patients with oral malignancies is accurate and feasible.
