本文介绍了半导体激光器的发展,述评各种半导体激光器稳频方案,详细分析了零交叉无多普勒效应的稳频方法。
This paper introduces the development of the semiconductor lasers and summarizes the methods of frequency stabilisztion of this laser Finally, the zerocross Doppler-free spectra and its application to frequency-stabilization are reviewed detailly.
