摘要
研究了不同碱化度、不同铝铁比的聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC) 溶液的pH 驰豫、电导率变化,可见光谱及絮凝效果等物理化学性质。提出了B≥1 .5 后,Al( Ⅲ) 、Fe( Ⅲ)多核羟合配离子迅速交叉共聚形成高聚物的假设。通过稳定性观察,作出了对PAFC 工业化生产具有指导意义的稳定性—pH(B) —nAl/nFe 关系图。
The physico chemical properties inchuding pH relaxation,electric conductivity changes with aging time,visible spectra and their efficency for the coagulation flocculatuion of kaolinite suspensions of polyaluminum ferric chloride (PAFC) with different basicities and various Al/Fe mol ratio were studied.When B([OH]/[Al+Fe])=0.5~1.5,low polymers of Fe (Ⅲ) or Al(Ⅲ) formed in PAFC respecitively,and their coagulation flocculation efficiency were low in the reference suspension used,as well as,their electric conductivities and visible spectra at 460mm vs B were plus liner interrelationship.Contrary,when B>1.5,the coagulation flocculation efficiencies were high and the conductivities vs B were minus liner interrelationship as well as,the visible spectra at 460mm vs B was plus liner interrelationship with a high slope.So a hypothesis is suggested tthat Fe(Ⅲ) and Al(Ⅲ) polynucleon hydroxyl coodination compounds will interchang co aggragate each other rapidily when B>1.5 on the basis of experiments results.By stability observing the relationship scheme of stability pH(B) Al/Fe mol ratio is made up.
