Langmuir首先提出用浮选技术来提取金属,Sebba指出有可能把泡沫浮选技术应用于分析化学中,近十多年来已发展成为一种广泛的浮选-光度法。在我国也已有许多单位在研究工作应用这种分析方法。浮选-分光光度法选择性较差,常需预先分离再浮选测定,操作较麻烦,且每个方法只测定一个元素。本文采用把Ag^+、Cd^(2+)、Pb^(2+)…与I^-形成络阴离子,然后与亚甲基兰(MB)或甲基紫(MV)
A sensitive, precise and selective method for the determination of ppb level Ag、Cd、Pb、Au、Bi in water and determination of microgram amounts of Ag、Cd、Pb、Au、Bi、Cu in ore, based on the ion associate of the anionic Ag^+、Cd^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Au^(3+)、Bi^(3+)、Cu^(2+)-iodide complex with methylene blue (MB) or methy violet (MV), has been developed. The fon associate is floated with methyl benzene and dissolved in dimethyformamide, and its determination is carried out by AAS. The formation of the ion associate takes place over a pH range 1.3—3.0 (for Me-I-MV) and 1.1—1.8 (for Me-I-MB). The analytical results obtained for Au、Ag Cd、Pb Bi Cu in ore are in agreement with the standard values was achieved.
