摘要
钻井遇到盐岩层及其它蠕变率高的地层时,套管受到内压和高外压的作用,常常引起变形甚至挤毁.对于此类地层,套管设计可行的办法是采用双层组合套管.认为双层组合套管在这类地层中,破坏是强度问题而不是失稳问题.从此点出发,采用相当应力建立了优化数学模型,利用复形法进行强度优化设计.经过多次电算,证明本文的设计是实用的,并有明显的经济效益.
In saline strata and the strata with great creep deformation, casing is often seriously
deformed or even damaged due to internal pressure and high external pressure. This difficulty can
be solved by the use of double combination casing.The authors hold that the failure of double
combination casing in those strata is caused by strength failure instead of stablilty failure.
According to equivalant stress, a mathematical model is established for the optimizing design of
the double combination casing. Several cases show that this strengh design method is practical.
