银杏达莫注射液联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察银杏达莫注射液和厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果。方法:将88例早期糖尿病患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,在常规治疗基础上,A组给予银杏达莫注射液,B组给予厄贝沙坦,C组联用银杏达莫注射液和厄贝沙坦,3组疗程均为4周。结果:治疗后血压B、C两组比治疗前显著下降,(P<0.01),A组治疗前后无明显变化。3组治疗后24 h尿白蛋白排泄率和肾功能均比治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),C组下降优于A、B两组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:银杏达莫注射液和厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病有减少蛋白尿,改善肾功能的功效。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection combined with irbesartan on early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:88 patients with early ND were randomly divided into three groups.Besides the conventional hypoglycemic therapy,the group A was added Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection,the group B was added irbesartan and the group C was given Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection and irbesartan.The therapeutic course for all groups was four weeks.The related indices of early ND before and after treatment were measured and compared.Results:The blood pressure after treatment was significantly lowered than that before treatment in group B and C(P0.01),which was unchanged in group C.The levels of 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr) after treatment were significantly decreased in all 3 groups,and the decrement in group C was more obvious than that in the other two groups with statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection combined with irbesartan can not only decrease proteinuria but also improve the renal function in treating early ND.
