摘要
固态开关因过载能力较低,短路时极易烧毁而限制了它的应用。由电力电子技术的基本原理提出一种电路拓扑,能把短路电流自动限制在任意设定的倍数,因而可以发展成一种具有自动限流能力的固态功率开关。作为固体断路器和接触器,它更适合应用于存在易燃、易爆气体的场合。
Due to the non\|existing of arc at switching off solid state switchgear eliminates any drawback from arcing. However its overload ability is relatively low and it is easily damaged under short circuit condition. So its applications to distribution network are limited. In this paper a novel circuit topology has been proposed, which can limit short circuit current automatically to any desired level. With such current limiter a class of new solid state switchgear with current limiting ability can be developed, which can be used at locations with dangerous gases.
