摘要
目的探讨超声冲洗对感染根管内毒素的清除作用及超声功率对冲洗作用的影响。方法选择20颗患慢性根尖周炎的单根管前牙,随机分为根管治疗范围最小功率组和最大功率组,分别于根管治疗预备前、根管预备后,超声冲洗1min后根管内取样,测量内毒素含量的变化。结果两组根管预备前的内毒素含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组经冲洗后的内毒素含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但每组的预备前、预备后、冲洗后的内毒素含量两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声冲洗可有效清除感染根管内毒素;在一定范围内,功率对超声冲洗效果无明显影响。
Objective To study the effect of ultrasonic irrigation on eliminating endotoxin and the effect of ultrasonic power on irrigation. Methods Twenty single root canal anterior teeth diagnosed as having ehronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into root canal therapy group with minimum power and a one with maximum power. Samples were taken before and after root canal preparation and alter 1 min of ultrasonic irrigation and the endotoxin content was tested. Result There was no significant difference in the content of endotoxin in the root canals of the two groups before preparation( P 〉 0. 05). and after ultrasonic irrigation(P 〉 0. 05). However, there was significant difference in the endotoxin content between the specimens before therapy, after root canal preparation and ultrasonic irrigation for 1 min in each group, respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Ultrasonic irrigation effectively eliminates the endotoxin in the infected root eanals. Within a certain range, the power of ultrasound has no significant effect on irrigation.
