摘要
为探讨新规则对世界优秀运动员成绩结构的影响,比较分析我国运动员存在的问题并寻求对策,运用文献研究法和数理统计法,分析2009艺术体操新规则的变化,以2008奥运会、2009世锦赛和全运会前8名运动员的比赛成绩为研究对象,比较分析中外优秀艺术体操运动员的成绩结构特征。研究认为:新规则重视运动员动作难度的发展,强调身体难度与器械难度的均衡发展;世界优秀艺术体操运动员难度发展程度还不高,器械难度与身体难度发展存在明显不均衡性;我国运动员的整体水平不高,在提升整体训练水平的前提下,提高动作难度是今后训练的核心问题;我国集体项目后备人才的难度发展和艺术表现已成为保持优势发展的重要瓶颈问题。
Employed in this research are such scientific methods as literature consultation and statistic analysis. The analysis was made on the change which was brought by the new rules of artistic gymnast in 2009. The objects targeted include the competition grade of top eight athletes in the 2008 Olympic Game, the 2009 World Championship and National Game. The influence of new rules on the score structure of world＇ s best athletes was accordingly discussed. Existing problems among athletes from China were, then compared and analyzed. Meanwhile, the further countermeasures are put forward on the influence on the score structure of artistic gymnast among Chinese and the world players. Research result showed that ： firstly new rules put emphasis on the athlete＇ s action difficulty and claim the balanced development of physical difficulty and equipment difficulty; secondly, the whole level of world＇ s best artistic gymnast is more than satisfactory. Obviously, there＇ s no agreeable balance between the development of physical difficulty and equipment difficulty. Thirdly, as the whole level of Chinese athletes is not so high, the key problem in further training will focus on how to increase the action difficulty under the precondition of improving whole training level.
