摘要
参照ASTM标准制定了靠背椅类家具的力学强度测试方法与质量要求,对4款实木靠背椅进行了坐板静压承载、靠背承压、垂直冲击和循环冲击试验。结果表明,4款靠背椅的力学强度依次为3号椅大于2号椅大于1号椅大于4号椅。椅子的结构不同是导致椅子力学强度差异的主要原因(直腿结构优于交腿结构),在结构相同的条件下,椅子强度与所用材料的力学强度大小成正比,且坐框材料比腿部材料对椅子力学强度影响更为显著。另外,在椅子零部件接合处安装五金件可提高其力学强度。
Mechanical strength test methods and quality requirements of backrest chairs are made based on ASTM standard.Tests like bringing static pressure on surface and back,as well as impacting vertically and circularly on four backrest chairs show that the mechanical strength of the four backrest chairs is No.3No.2No.1No.4.The difference in structures is the main cause of different mechanical strength(straight leg structures are superior to crossed leg structures).Under the same structural conditions,the strength of chairs is in direct proportion to the mechanical strength of the material used for making the chairs,and chair frame material has a more noticeable impact on the mechanical strength of chairs than leg material In addition,furniture hardware installed on the connecting parts of chairs can improve their mechanical strength.
