摘要
为了解决硼粉燃烧热测试过程中燃烧不完全问题,以燃烧热测试值作为其燃烧效率的评判指标,对相同批次的硼粉采用某标准推进剂作助燃剂进行实验,研究了助燃剂与硼粉试样的混合比例、混合方式对硼粉燃烧热测试值的影响。结果表明,助燃剂与硼粉的充分混合有助于硼粉的完全燃烧,增大助燃剂和硼粉的混合比例能提高硼粉的燃烧效率。综合考虑硼粉和助燃剂的混合方式、混合比例及混合工艺等因素的改变,改善了氧弹中硼粉的燃烧环境,得到了测试燃烧热为理论燃烧热99.26%的稳定测试条件。
To solve incomplete combustion of boron powder in the combustion heat test procedure,a kind of standard propellant was used as the combustion adjuvant,and the combustion heat test value was adopted as the judgment of combustion efficiency of boron powders in oxygen bomb for the same groups of boron powders.Some influence factors were studied,which were the mixed proportion and the mixed mode of combustion adjuvant between boron powder samples on the boron's combustion heat test value in the experiment.The results show that intensive mixing between combustion adjuvant and boron powders is helpful to the boron powders' complete combustion,and increasing the mixed proportion of combustion adjuvant and boron powders could enhance the combustion efficiency of boron powders.By considering the change of the factors synthetically such as the mixed mode,mixed proportion and mixed technique of combustion adjuvant and boron powders,the combustion environment of boron powders in the oxygen bomb was improved and stable test condition was obtained that the test combustion heat value is 99.26 percent of the theory one.
