摘要 建立了消声器内部流场的物理模型,并进行网格划分,确定了数学模型;利用Fluent软件对其内部流场进行了数值模拟,得到消声器内部流场的速度分布、压力分布及能量损失,并分析了其内部流场对消声性能的影响,进而确定了影响消声器消声效果的结构因素,为消声器的结构设计提供了一种可靠的指导方法。 Based on the physical modeling and mashing of the flow field of the muffler,a mathematical model was established.By using Fluent software to simulate the internal flow field of the muffler numerically,the velocity distribution,pressure distribution and energy losses of the muffler were gained.The effect of the internal flow field on the performance of the muffler was analyzed,thus to determine the factors influencing the muffler′s noise elimination performance,which may be a credible guidance of the muffler structural design.
