摘要
目的建立测定替米沙坦胶囊中替米沙坦含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用依利特C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-冰醋酸(45∶55∶0.1)为流动相,检测波长为242 nm。结果替米沙坦质量浓度在20～160μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),替米沙坦的平均回收率为96.90%,RSD=0.39%(n=5)。结论所用方法准确、简便、可靠,可作为替米沙坦胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of telmisartan in Compound Telmisartan Capsules.Methods A Kromasil C18 column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-acetate（45 ∶55 ∶0.1） at the detection wavelength of 242 nm.Results The calibration curves of telmisartan was linear in the concentration range of 20-160 μg/mL（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery rate was 96.90%,RSD=0.39%（n=5）.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and reliable.It can be used for quality control of Compound Telmisartan Capsules.
